Steamed Salmon Fillet Tarator Style

Cooked Baked salmon “tarator” style as a dinner party centrepiece but adjusted the recipe to suit a 2 kilogram salmon fillet in our Smeg Combi Steam Linea oven.

Decided to use the steam assisted function with probe option:
