It’s funny where a search will lead you.
Was flipping through Comfort and wondered if Helen Goh had ever posted a recipe for brioche. Googled ‘Helen Goh brioche’ which turned up Browned Butter Brioche Scrolls which lead me to the Brick Kitchen. Searched for @claudiabrick on instagram and it turns out that @helen_goh_bakes is a follower.

Followed the Brick Kitchen recipe for brioche, but browned the butter, subbed the milk for 125 ml each low-fat-muscle-and-bone-health yoghurt and water, and added 2 heaped teaspoons of yeast.
Let the dough chill for a couple of hours.
Spread the flattened dough with the Pastry & Prose tahini caramel, pistachios and 70% dark chocolate, then shaped twelve scrolls and chilled them overnight.
Let the chilled scrolls prove for about an hour before baking in the steam oven at 180° C for a little over 20 mins.
Drizzled with a mixture of 1/2 cup icing sugar and lemon juice.
