What can be easier than assembling holiday meals from fun things discovered on your travels? Today’s meals were sourced from the Noosa Farmers Market. The market was fantastic: coffee, feta & spinach roti, and Dutch pancakes to devour on the spot, plus a bounty of fruit, vegetables and meat to take for later. Dinner consisted of organic sausages and chippy potatoes, with pita, salad, and bush tomato sauce. Lemon and passionfruit butter tarts followed; all booty from the market’s stallholders.
