Pizza is a weekend staple. Recent inspiration has come from Gabriele Bonci’s Il Gioco della Pizza. We’ve enjoyed Pizza Patate, Polpa di Melanzane, Bufala e Cenere di Rosmarino before, but tonight’s twist is the base leavened with sourdough starter resurrected using Dan Lepard’s Frozen Leaven Method.
