Meatloaf does not photograph well, but (apart from the time taken to track down some bulgur wheat in a country town) is a convenient holiday meal. Liked the fact that Lamb and bulgur meatloaf with tomato and yoghurt salsa contains grated tomato and onion, which is more appealing than chopping on holiday.
