Picked up an amazing purple cauliflower at Ulverstone’s Farmers Market which crisped up nicely after being broken into florets and tossed with three finely sliced cloves of garlic, a seeded and finely sliced, long, red chilli, a teaspoon of onion powder, and a drizzle of olive oil. Roasted at 200ºC for about 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so, until bronzed and crisp.
