Vegetarian “Sausage” Rolls

Enjoy watching Shane Delia’s Recipe for Life – who can’t find something in his daily juggle that is familiar? Made two batches of sausage rolls using the pastry from Lamb Pistachio Sausage Rolls (without the curry powder): the first to share with the folks (Mum is trying to get more vegetables into Dad’s diet (who is nearly 80)), and the second as two large logs on 28cm squares of pastry. Each time had spare sausage mixture to make 4 lengths of rolls from 2 sheets of store-bought puff pastry. Needed 110g of raw lentils to come up with 225g cooked.
