Guess the vibe from the previous post was the excellent quality of the pita used as pizza bases. Similarly, an excellent loaf from Hanapepe Cafe and Bakery made an excellent travelling breakfast when generously adorned with freshly mashed, road-side-stall avocado. Have often tinkered with avocado mash using citrus and feta in the past, but in this case no embellishment impaired the quality of the underlying ingredients from shining through.
