Caught an episode of Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook on SBS. Made a batch of her Lemon, Dill and Fish Roe Buns, but without the lemon, dill, and fish roe. That left a plain, cheese laced bun that was a hit with the family’s sweet tooths dolloped with jam, and also popular with the savoury delegation topped with smashed avocado, crumbled feta and crackling of pepper.
I like your take on these. Cheese is all that matters.
